Beer Fest Volunteers

Our annual Beer Fest is right around the corner, running on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th September. As always, an event of this scale takes a massive team effort, and the signup sheets are now officially open!

Whether you're a dab hand at shifting barrels during setup, ready to serve behind the bar, or keen to help us pack everything away at the end, there is a slot for everyone.

The full schedule of open shifts is detailed below:

Set-Up (Wed 16th – Thu 17th)

Wednesday Set-Up 1: Wed 16 Sept, 14:00 – 18:00 (General help)

Wednesday Set-Up 2: Wed 16 Sept, 18:00 – 21:00 (General help)

Thursday Set-Up 1: Thu 17 Sept, 14:00 – 18:00 (General help)

Thursday Set-Up 2: Thu 17 Sept, 18:00 – 21:00 (General help)

The Main Event (Fri 18th – Sat 19th)

Friday Bar/Steward 1: Fri 18 Sept, 17:00 – 19:00 (Bar & stewarding)

Friday Bar/Steward 2: Fri 18 Sept, 19:00 – 23:00 (Bar & stewarding)

Saturday Bar/Steward 1: Sat 19 Sept, 12:00 – 16:00 (Bar & stewarding)

Saturday Bar/Steward 2: Sat 19 Sept, 16:00 – 20:00 (Bar & stewarding)

Saturday Bar/Steward 3: Sat 19 Sept, 20:00 – 23:00 (Bar & stewarding)

Tidy Up (Sun 20th)

Sunday Tidy & Support: Sun 20 Sept, 11:00 – 16:00 (Pack away and clear-up)
